Jazz Maze VR experience lasts approximately 15 minutes and it will be a drop-in session, first come first served, no advance booking required.

Alongside a live music set by Marcus Joseph in Broadway's Mezzanine Bar, there will be the opportunity to experience Jazz Maze, Marcus' Virtual Reality project.

Jazz Maze is an interactive, immersive comic book experience for Virtual Reality, supported by Broadway’s Near Now Ideas Fund.

You’ll experience Jazz Maze with the aid of a Virtual Reality headset. No prior experience of Virtual Reality technology is necessary. Experienced facilitators will be there to support you.

Musician and spoken word artist Marcus Joseph will perform a live jazz set charged with the righteous energy of reggae music.

His debut album ‘Beyond the Dome’ (Jazz Refreshed) effortlessly blends jazz, reggae and hip hop with contemporary music - the spirited Alto Saxophonist possesses the gift to uplift!

A seasoned live performer, Marcus Joseph has been known to bring the noise as part of hip hop/rock/punk influenced jazz trio Major Ruse; has supported the likes of Oscar Jerome, Blue Lab Beats and The Blackbyrds; as well as playing alongside luminaries such as Dennis Rollins, Tony Kofi, Arun Ghosh, Dave O'Higgins, Abram Wilson, Gary Crosby and Eska.
